Once your paperwork is complete, our friendly and professional customer relations department will guide you through the occupancy and closing process. Providing you with detailed information on what you can expect in the lead up to taking possession and once you’ve moved in, our team is always available to answer any questions you may have.

Our trained and knowledgeable design consultants will present you with your finish and upgrade options and will answer any design-related inquiry. They are more than happy to make suggestions and discuss popular options should you need assistance. They can even put you in touch with our in-house furniture store for one-stop shopping.

Post move-in, it doesn’t end. As a Freed purchaser, you’re invited to join our Freed Preferred Member’s Club. We’ll keep you informed of what’s going on in and around the neighbourhood and present you with special offers at our restaurants, hotel, golf course and more.
