Since Freed Developments is in the lifestyle business, the customer’s experience is paramount. In the same way that each of our projects is individually designed to bring out the most character in a building and its unique location, the Freed customer experience is designed to be personalised, interactive, transparent, accessible and responsive.Our “condo store” at 600 King West is a one-stop shop manned by sales staff, our in-house design team and our own in-house brokerage firm, Private Service Realty. Devised to function as a full-service sales and design gallery with scale models of all of our projects, the unique set-up empowers our clients to discuss their style preferences and customisation needs, as well as select their personal finishes on the spot.
To us, the relationship isn’t over once you’ve signed on the dotted line. That’s because we see our buyers as stakeholders in an ongoing enterprise to build the best possible lifestyle experiences. What we want to create beside beautiful buildings is a long-term relationship. Our hope is that if we succeed in doing that, then each one of our buyer/stakeholders will continue to re-invest.
